The other day I saw a big agency guru say that if you want to hit 7-figures…

…you need to send 10,000 cold emails per day.

Not saying that doesn’t work. I’d be shocked if it didn’t.

But sheer volume is just one way to be successful.

And that kinda volume sounds like a full-time job in and of itself.

The most successful agency owner I know has between 300-350 clients all paying him $10k/month.

What’s interesting is what he doesn’t do.

No outreach. No funnels. No ads.

He finds the top conferences, masterminds, and private events in his niche. Then he offers the group owner $10k to speak and give value about SEO.

He picks up all his clients this way.

No sales calls, outreach, or ads.

Volume is one way to be successful.

Being strategic is another.

Personally, I am a bigger fan of the latter.

Random thoughts on a Wednesday in Mexico.

May the force be with you.
